Terms & Conditions of Service for Airport Fast Track

1. Our standard operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. However, Fast Track Services are available before and beyond our operating hours. Please contact us for availability.

2. Availability of Fast Track services is limited.

3. Arrival and Departure services includes 3 hours of service.  Services longer than 3 hours will be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per hour.
4. The rate includes VAT of 10%.
5. The rate for Fast Track service does not include Porter Service. Checked baggage is subject to a service charge of $5.50 per checked bag.
6. Reservations must be confirmed with us 72 business hours prior to scheduled arrival and departure and must be paid for in advance.
7. Services booked 24 hours or less prior to service are subject to a service fee of $125.00 per booking.
8. The client is responsible for providing all necessary information for the service.  Missed service due to incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information or late arrival will not be eligible for refund.
9. No Shows are non-refundable. A no show is considered when either:
    • The airport representative is standing at the aircraft gate and does not make contact.
    • You have a flight cancellation or significant delay and do not notify it to us in writing.
10. If for any reason our team is unable to provide you with the service, you will be issued a full refund immediately.
11. Travel date modifications will condition the service subject to availability. This includes flight cancellations or significant delays.
12. Significant changes in your flight schedule (flight delays or flights arriving early) will condition the service subject to availability.
13. Airport arrival and departure lounges are monitored by CCTV 24/7. Misconducts will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We urge you to act accordingly.
14. The client is responsible for advising of any changes to the original itinerary.  Failure to contact and cancel the service or make necessary modifications in the itinerary will result in a full charge.
15. The client is responsible for ensuring that they meet the appropriate frontier formalities of valid passport and visa or any other travel requirements.
16. On rare occasions, our Fast Track service will be limited due to Lynden Pindling International Airport restrictions.  A full refund will be provided on these occasions.
17. The clients must be at least 16 years of age or accompanied by an adult.
18. The Fast Track service does not include continuous care, medical assistance or dispensing of medication, assistance with meals or aid within a restroom.  Clients with disability-related needs are asked to inform the Bahamas Airport Fast Track booking agent in advance of booking the service.
19. Passengers must comply with any direction or instruction by Lynden Pindling International Airport or Bahamas Fast Track Service personnel, or any other security personnel and all applicable security, Customs and Immigration regulations imposed on passengers.
20. Bahamas Airport Fast Track and its respective partners accept no liability for losses, delays or disruptions incurred because of incorrect information supplied by the passenger or a third-party arranging service on behalf of the passenger or third-party acts or omissions including airlines, security, Customs, Immigration, baggage handlers or third-party arranging service on behalf of the passenger.
21. Departure Lounge access is presently unavailable.
22. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notification.

Airport Fast Track Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the service will be granted a full refund.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the service will be subject to a full charge.  All cancellations must be made in writing via electronic mail to info@bahamasairportfasttrack.com or by contacting us at (242) 812-3812.
